After working for the Ben Kinney Real Estate Team for three months, I learned many different skills during this opportunity. There are hard skills and soft skills that I had improved on during this time at Ben Kinney, you will see this on my resume. During this time I was responsible for attending morning meetings everyday, attending web seminars, meeting with selected candidates for an interview, learning about the process of becoming a real estate agent, posting listings and ads on social media, and attending career fairs to gather recruits. All of these tasks improved my skills working with people, managing conflict, and working within a unique computer system.
