Web Seminar With All of the Agents
My Project:
As the hiring manager for the team, my project was recruitment. Following this came finding potential recruits that had the dedication to become an agent. It also depended on if the recruit has a license or not. Having a license changes the interview process because that makes the person easier to hire rather than someone without a license who has to spend 90 hours of class time and take an exam before we can hire them.

Project Outcome:
After going through the process of recruitment, I was able to find some reliable people to add as an asset to our team. The Ben Kinney Team is a smaller group of specialized agents within Keller Williams Realty. There are multiple locations across the United States that has the specialized Ben Kinney Teams, but the location in Bellingham Washington is where everything started. Getting to be apart of finding realtors and interns for our team was an amazing opportunity because you have to look for specific qualities within applicants since the Ben Kinney Team is one of the top talented agencies in the Unites States. I had to look for highly motivated and charismatic people that want to expand their learning. The outcome of finding great applicants is creating an elite team that can potentially make the Ben Kinney Team go from the third best in the United States to first.
