Melissa has worked for this healthcare facility for 25 years. She is also the property management coordinator. Before becoming a safety officer and property management coordinator, she had worked in Human Resources for 11 years as a benefits coordinator. 

About the Organization

​

Since the 1970’s this Healthcare organization has been providing services to children, adults, and families throughout Eastern Washington. A private nonprofit organization that offers a full range of mental health and substance use disorder treatment services, with special programs for veterans, victims of crime, parents, and employee assistance programs.  More than 700 highly trained and qualified professional staff members provide behavioral healthcare services to over 20,000 individuals each year to individuals in Benton, Franklin, Kittitas, Klickitat, Yakima, and Walla Walla Counties.

  • Remembering concepts learned in Human Resource classes.

  • Understand the American's Disability Act (ADA).

  • Apply knowledge gained from informational resources (SHRM).

  • Analyze concepts learned by organizing connections of ideas.

  • Evaluate ideas from research that can be added to the form.

  • Create a ADA form that will help the process of determining accommodations.
